Don't where to start. I'm not fat but definitely overweight... Want a flat stomach and healthy eating alone isn't working so need something! I'm 15 and female
Ok you have the eating healthy down. So now where to start is the question. You want a flat stomach but you said your overweight. So best thing to do is to focus on full body not certain part. Like you said u want a flat stomach. You should do some strength workout. Also do cardio intense cardio that involves lots of jumping and that involves using multiples muscle groups.
