I'm trying to lose the fat around my external abdominals and my lattisamis dorsi muscles. I've been on and off on trying to lose weight my whole life but I've always have had a problem in that area. If anyone had recommendations for me I would really appreciate it!

That area is really stubborn it's actually the last place people lose weight from. You'll have to burn it with hiiit cardio that's your best bet. Also calorie count see where you are at daily and see what you can adjust. It's not always about eating less.
I am trying to do the same thing. I do a lot of ab workouts.. But it doesn't seem to be helping much. I'm gonna have to start some hiit workouts cause I see people recommending that all the time!!
