Hi all I'm new and I have a question, I have knee issues and I'm heavy, I'm wondering if there are any settings I need to change etc to make sure I get the right workout for my body? Hope your all awesome!

I don't really know if their are workouts here special for bad knees but any workout that's upper body should be good for you and if you're looking for a good Cardio you can try arm cycling other than that check it with your doctor before starting jogging/ running or any knee related exercise.. haha atleast we think that we are ;)

There are typically ways to adjust exercises.   If you have specific exercises you're thinking about in sure the awesome people out here can help you think of ways to make them easier on your knees.   One day at a time and you'll meet your goals.!!!

Welcome to you.
I sometimes have issues with bad knees (old sports injury) and was recommended to aim for 10000 steps walking as a means to both strengthen them and get fit.
