How do you make your juices,shakes?Ive heard some use chocolate and all sorts but not sure how to put together

Just try whatever tastes good!! I usually get frozen fresh whole fruits and make smoothies like that. Sometimes I add nuts and such

I've been making this one lately:

1 banana(frozen, if you want it cold)
1 tbs natural peanut butter(leave out if don't want the calories)
1 small scoop plain pea protein(or whatever you prefer)
1 tbs cocoa powder(quite a strong chocolate flavour but I like it like that)
And enough almond milk to make it a thin smoothie consistency

It's really good!
