Exactly whats on my playlist. That type of music is out of the norm for me but it gets my heart pumping and moving faster.

All good suggestions but I challenge anyone here not to listen to something like "Dragon Rider", "Heart of Courage", or "Protectors of the Earth" by Three Steps From Hell and not want to push hard in a workout.
Look them up on YouTube and see if I'm right.  ;)
