So i am a dancer and a gymnast and i play soccer! When i get an injury i totally stop exercising it makes me feel disguisting so when i heel up i over work myself any advice to exercise while injuired?

When injured u can still workout other bodyparts to stay fit

I advise you to forget you fat and do all you want and fuck pepole don't care about any thing
