I hit 2k points today and lost 29 pounds so far! Don't tell yourself you can't do it. I decided I'd try it till 1k because all the people who had over 1k looked fit. And the best part is after a while it doesn't take as much effort to stay in shape when you already are! You can do it!

Congrats on the 2k!! I set myself a 1k in a month challenge which really kickstarted my healthy living. Now this is a lifestyle & I'll never look back. Be proud of yourself for sticking to it

By the way what are the points? Your followers?? How many workouts you've done?? Where does it show it?

What are the points for and can you do anything with them

I guess it judges by your weight height cals burned intensity of workouts and time working out so its a measurement of how active you're being :)
