Whos getting their exercises done every day???please just add your positive thoughts here and how well exercises are making you feel,lets melt the fat and get our ass into gear,whos with me????xx

I'm on it everyday mixing yoga in on days I don't have one of my three programs scheduled. I just started a few days ago but I can already feel the difference and have awoken muscles that haven't been used in a long time.
