Hi im Secilee i am currently in basketball and i play volleyball softball and track for my middle school team and the practices are intense as in to run a mile in under 8 mins it is hard but i do it now time for the weight part im 161lbs im 5ft 3" and in 13 years old how do i lose at least 20 lbs by March and 10lbs by December 11 I know that seems impossible but I've seen kids younger than me lose 20lbs in 2weeks so i know i can lose 10lbs! Fyi i am a girl.

I would do it everyday at least once.. Eat healthy..lots of water. Go running!
