What's HIIT?

WHAT IS HIIT? High intensity interval training HIIT is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT can be applied to running or to exercises such as squatting. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than normal cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

Hello there. I saw your pics and I was thinking how months you do the workout? How about the food diet? My tummy is bloating for GOD SAKE. I hate it. I hope you can help me tho. xo

I workout 3 times a day. And I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and grilled chicken is really good for you. Also post workout protein is great.
