I can see and feel more muscle bein added to my arms than what's in my picture...I hope to have them way bigger by summer...and a bigger chest...its all about dedication people...gotta be devoted to it and not just half ass it...

Exactly Justin. Some People dont put full effort in there workouts and they wonder why there not seeing the results they want. I too am working on bigger and more definition in my arms
