Hey everyone! I just wanted to stop in and say hi, before I go to finish my last workout in my very first program on here. :)

I'm 22 years old, from California, and looking to expand my support network. So far all of my weight loss buddies are on Kik; if you have a Kik you should message me (LesboDwaggin is the username). Also, if you guys have any other weight loss apps to recommend (I have been using this app as well as Noom Weight Loss Coach, both of which I plan to upgrade to Pro as soon as I can afford to!) but I'm constantly looking for more help and more motivation.

I look up different exercises on youtube&walk 4 miles a day&just watch what i eat.good luck.just started working out and i can already notice a difference after a week
