Does anyone know any good weight loss/fitness drinks that are warm for in the winter?

Black coffee. 1 or 2 cups a day is great it has antioxidants and gives energy before a work out.

You can add a mocha protein powder to your coffee in the morning as a breakfast shake

i think there are many available fitness drinks for winter... in a store near you...however, exercise is still most effective way of losing weight...
