What is the best thing to start off with as far as exercise goes? I am 28 n have 4 kids n originally 120 n now I'm stuck at 170 to 180

hi just saw your post and honestly im in the same spot as you i got to kids and was at 130 but now im stuck at 160. been trying tontone and slim down but cant.. recently started doing the 10 min method plan on here and its not hard n not easy but for beginners its a great workout hope this can help!!!
