Who lifts weights or water bottles?

Does anyone want to gain muscle? I'm 21 and I weigh 130lbs. I want to burn fat but my main goal is to gainmuscle. Not bulky but I want that lean look.

When i was a kid watching rocky movies and threw a rope over a beamcin the shed and tied it to a milk or juice bottle crate and put bricks in and did loads of exercises with it....I used the bricks for curls also...never got to be a boxing or later a wrestler but I did build muscle and was very strong for my age...moral is lift any thing with repetition and you will achieve it

Lift anything you can for 12-15 reps lots of body weight workouts in between sets do jumping jacks, burpees or cardio of you choice and eat smart hope this helps

Do only compound movements for now (squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, Bench) eat good and no junk food
