Who lifts weights or water bottles?
Does anyone want to gain muscle? I'm 21 and I weigh 130lbs. I want to burn fat but my main goal is to gainmuscle. Not bulky but I want that lean look.
Lift anything you can for 12-15 reps lots of body weight workouts in between sets do jumping jacks, burpees or cardio of you choice and eat smart hope this helps
