Im not sure where to start or what to do. Im 25 to 30 lbs overweight and I need HELP. Any suggestions??
Do one of this workouts every day even if its a 10 mins workout or workout 3x a week.. And dnt eat junk food too often.
You can do it!
Eat 1200-1500 calories incorporate more fruits and vegetables 3 meals 3 snacks turkey instead of ground beef brown rice instead of white wheat bread silk milk ect...... lots of water try to eliminate all sugar except from natural foods! Exercise at least 30 minutes a day walking is always great dancing is also fun and burns lots of calories keep a food journal fitness pal is a awesome app it tells you everything! Fitness pal calculates how many calories you need a day how many calories in each food you eat ect....hope I help just a tad bit!
