Im not sure where to start or what to do. Im 25 to 30 lbs overweight and I need HELP. Any suggestions??

Find some people to support you. Start doing workouts you know you can do, a little each day just to get into the habbit. Start cutting out fast food, sodas, and desserts and incorporate more vegis and fruits and try healthy substitutions like whole wheat options and ground turkey instead of beef.

Edna its good that you decided to make changes in your life thats a good start ! Now start working out by doing some walks and trying exercises dont push yourself a lot you might be tired. Also start cutting in your food and make small changes every day by adding fruits and vegetables instead of fast food or sweets. Try to eat less in restaurants that helps too if you need any tips im here !

Do one of this workouts every day even if its a 10 mins workout or workout 3x a week.. And dnt eat junk food too often.
You can do it!

Burn more Calories then consumed, try and burn 500-1000 calories a day. There is about 3000 Calories in a pound of fat. Exercise whenever possible, take the stairs instead of the elevator, Eliminate or limit intake of fatty foods, sugary drinks and snacks, eat less fried food, fast food, eat more mono and polysaturated fats (Healthy fats) Eat more fish, chicken (avoid fried), nuts, fruits and veggies. You can do it, if you need support im here for you

Eat 1200-1500 calories incorporate more fruits and vegetables 3 meals 3 snacks turkey instead of ground beef brown rice instead of white wheat bread silk milk ect...... lots of water try to eliminate all sugar except from natural foods! Exercise at least 30 minutes a day walking is always great  dancing is also fun and burns lots of calories keep a food journal fitness pal is a awesome app it tells you everything! Fitness pal calculates how many calories you need a day how many calories in each food you eat ect....hope I help just a tad bit!
