Ready: Day 1
So I just found this App yesterday but it's like an early CHRISTMAS present to myself. I've been working out 3-4 days a week. I've actually lost 11 pounds since 11/28 to today 12/18. I gone from 201 pounds to 190. I'm not ashame to say my weight because I know in a few weeks I won't even weigh that anymore. I eat low carb high protein and I have so much energy. I weigh every THURSDAY and today is DAY 21 WEEK 3. I Will post my weigh in results later today.
