This year thus far to improve or reach your Fitness GOALS?
This year, rather than weight loss I'll be focusing on muscle building and toning.
Lifting heavier weights, and becoming stronger.
Bring on 2k13!
Having small monthly weightloss and fitness goals instead so I stay focussed :-)
I have been working out every day nomatter what. I don't always eat the healthiest but im working on converting my husband to a healthy lifestyle.
