This year thus far to improve or reach your Fitness GOALS?

This year, rather than weight loss I'll be focusing on muscle building and toning.
Lifting heavier weights, and becoming stronger. 

Bring on 2k13!

I like that good path chosen! Weightlifting is so beneficial to women I commend you.

Having small monthly weightloss and fitness goals instead so I stay focussed :-)

drinkin green tea everyday, drinking 8 glasses of water everyday,  working out everyday, eating healthy, giving it my all, and making no excuses!

Wow destiny that's being very specific, that's what I was looking for! Kudos! In my expert opinion, you don't need to workout everyday!

I have been working out every day nomatter what.  I don't always eat the healthiest but im working on converting my husband to a healthy lifestyle.

You don't need to workout everyday it will get old soon! Five your body and mind a break it two a week! Yes lead by example! Props to you!

On my break days I do stretches. Nothing vigorous just something to keep my knees conditioned. :)
