What about kettlebell workouts? They can give you an intensive cardio and resistance workout in quite a short time. I like them a lot.

Hey u look preety fit to me.. Rather if u wanna gain muscle... Its not time that u need, its motivation that u r lacking off. Try working out with small workouts and then push ur boundaries.
Okay so at your age even light workouts will be helpful :) perseverance :D
