Hey Welcome!!!! I'm Nina. I'm new to working out using this App as a workout tool. Just downloaded it last week and only completed 2 workouts last week but I'm do at least 4 this week. I'm not new to exercise though. Personally along with exercise what helps my weight come off is the fact that I eat low carbs. Lost 12 pounds since 11/28 and it's coming off every week.
