Eat, eat and eat some more. Lots of protein. High reps to burn muscles to exhaustion.

Change it up a lot. Varying your routine keeps you from hitting a plateau and youll see faster results! I was walking five miles a day and was at a standstill. Thats why i love this app!!! I never get bored!!!
