How important is sleep to working out and going muscle.
Yes definitely sleep is very important for growth though I get a 6 hours sleep in the night but I take one or two 2 hours nap later in the day :D
Sleep is not only important for muscle growth, it's important for the whole of ur life, u should be getting enough sleep no matter what, even if not building muscle. 7 hours is good but u can't really believe anyone who suggests how much u should sleep. 8 hours it's the norm but I usually only get 5 or 6, so just listen to ur body, if ur tired sleep longer. U probably won't gain muscle quicker if u get more sleep
