Advice... Food Wise

So, firstly, Christmas just hit and with so much delicious food around I can't stop eating.
This is a lie I tell myself... because realistically I have problems when it comes to not eating while watching TV or reading.
Does anyone have any tips?

Secondly. Raw food diet..
Has anyone given it a go?

When I want to lose weight I avoid carbs, special the whites (rice, pasta, bread, and sugar) I eat lots of greens and meats. So basically low carb diet. It's all in your hands, you have to be determined, and it's ok to have a chat meal every now and then :)

I chnage my snacks into healthy one like oat biscuits, whole grains bread or snack. But u must not take too much of them hahaha. Keep on the track ;-)
