Sup everyone I am new here. I usually workout 5 days week. Because I am in UIL( athletic period) at our junior high. We workout at 6 am before school and 4:30 pm after school. The reason why I am here is because its Christmas break and I really want to get a good workout and get good training exercises. So I wont loose my gain from UIL. My goal is to get stronger, loose weight and gain muscle. Hopefully this app will get me there.
