I'll join a sport group, I'm new here as well and could use help from others. It's been a long time away from the gym and it's going to be a little tough getting back into things :)

I have lost 55 lbs just by eating right now i have hit a plateau. I am going to vegas in march for a friend abd mine bday trip and realllly wanna get down 3 more sizes gotta introduce excercise

Hey Ben, a little of everything. Combining weight training and core work with 10k training on the treadmill and outside.

I'd like to join.  My goal is to lose 20lbs and increase my running ability from 5k to 10k. Currently managing 8.5k in an hour :(

Wow, you're doing great! I'm also trying to go from a 5k to a 10k, but I have much further to go. I'm only running an 11:30/mile right now.

My first week I lost 10lbs. My mom she first saw me she was impress. My brand new goal is 40lbs.
