I'd like to join. My goal is to lose 20lbs and increase my running ability from 5k to 10k. Currently managing 8.5k in an hour :(
Wow, you're doing great! I'm also trying to go from a 5k to a 10k, but I have much further to go. I'm only running an 11:30/mile right now.
I want do it too. But i lost my motivate.. :(
My first week I lost 10lbs. My mom she first saw me she was impress. My brand new goal is 40lbs.
