Hey! exercise is great but it will only get you so far! I would recommend first getting on the path to eating clean- eliminate most sugar, processed foods, etc. from your diet. Eating Healthier foods will stop you from gaining unwanted fat and will help you to digest better, both of which will allow your torso to appear more lean. Then doing ab exercises, running, and/or lifting to develop those muscles will be easier and you will see your progress faster. Good luck! I know you can achieve your goal :)
