You gave yourself the answer: it's all about workout. Train whatever muscle group you want to shape. For more efficient loss of weight in the beginning focus on the big muscle groups like abs and butt. Keep in mind that muscles are heavier than fat, so it will take some time: first you will gain muscles, than you will lose weight by burning energy through exercise and higher muscle share. Most important: be patient and persistent.
