lost it, found it, losing it again!

I lost 30 pounds. I got it back because I lost it too fast. Now I am losing it again, the old fashioned way. If you are in the same boat, let me know what is working for you.

What seems to work for me is I put some weight training in with it so you go from loosing to working against additional weight so your body could actually work harder and also when I start loosing I stay away from foods with a lot of saturated fats. It works for me I don't know if it will for other people but that is what I have found.

For me it been the same problem. There are both the going up and going down weeks or even month I have to be more consistent specially because in my house there always is a lot of delicious food.

Thanks,  I am using sensa with my healthy diet.  I am exercising on the wii fit and I have a great exercise app in my Kindle.  I am trying not to go overboard with the exercise, while trying to make it an every day habit.  I am also trying to re-establish the water drinking habit as well.
