I was in really great physical shape about 6 years ago and then I stopped working out due to lack of motivation. Since then I have gained a lot of weight and have had a child. I am needing to lose about 80-100 lbs.
Is there anyone else who has to lose a significant amount? I go to the gym and I feel like everyone is staring at the 'fat girl' on the treadmill who is struggling to breathe.

Believe me I have been through that. I remember there was a poster just in forint of the treadmill and I was staring at the girl in the poster hating every inch of myself. Half a year later I won my first beauty pageant . It was worth all the pain and stubbornness. You can do it!
