Does anyone else use MyFitness Pal app? What is the best way to enter in a workout that you have done with skimble? It seems time consuming to input each individual exercise.
You can hit create workout on mfp you will have to know the calories or since I don't have my hrm anymore. I just put I burned 1 calorie. I know I burned more but I also do that so I won't eat my calories back.
I enter my skimble exercise using the calorie burn skimble shows me. Once I've "created" that exercise and the time it takes to complete, it stays on mfp. Next time I do it, I type in a word of the description, such as dumbell, and it shows up in the list of exercises I've created. I usually add the word skimble at the end so I know it's coming from there. It's really fast to log after the first time.
