Hello. As a vet I've been very healthy and worked out in the past. Unfortunately leaving the military, having another kid, going back to school, and all of life's other surprises means I am now the fattest I have ever been. I hate it. I feel yucky, my self esteem is shot, and I need to fix myself. Without accountability to others I tend to just slide back into lazy mode. Hopefully you all can help me to help myself.
PS. I need to lose 40lbs.

Every day if you have time go running or walking also try pushups and situps

Always good too see another veteran!  Welcome to Skimble :-) I guess that's why I prefer bodyweight exercises. Get back in that PT mind frame and you'll do fine.
