Hi all! I recently found this app and I am trying to balance working out and school any tips please!

If you workout for 30 mins a day, it is only 2% (ish) of your day. Try "go long" workout, its a 30 min cardio workout that has a bit of everything in it. Everyone has a spare 30 mins in their day.
