My New Year Resolution is to keep pressing forward in college, back off the peanut butter(I have an addiction), make it to church at least twice a month(I havent been since june 2014), and go hard as I can go when working out. Hopefully I didnt forget anything.
Health-wise, I resolve to take control of my body. I have gone too long thinking that I can't be as strong, as healthy, or as beautiful as I'd like. That's changing this year with lots of exercise and healthy eating. I also resolve to think more positively about myself, especially about the way I look.
