Hey guys/girls im young and need to gain weight for football

I'm 13 almost 14 i am currently 105 lbs and 5 ft tall, I cant controll my height but I want to gain 20-30 lbs in 8 months. I need some advice!!!!

You could try protein shakes, those really helped my brothers bulk up for football. But you can't just drink those and expect results, you have to combine them with lifting schedule.

Just eat A LOT. But stay away from junk food. Use an app like my fitness pal to count ur calories and make sure u eat more everyday. Look up Mike Chang on YouTube. There is also a thing u can try where u drink a gallon of milk a day check it on google. It will really help in gaining weight, even if u don't drink an entire gallon
