Newbie on a weight loss journey
Hi everyone! I'm new here. Today was my first day working out (without giving up). I'm trying to loose at least 20 pounds. No time line. I started waist training because I love corsets but I know I won't get to my ideal size unless I work out too. ALWAYS looking for a partner if any takers, any suggestions I'm open for ideas. I've lost 20lbs in the past three months by making small lifestyle changes (drinking more water, taking the stairs, etc.)
