Suggestion/ Help?!

Hey everybody! I just joined this group, and I'm asking for some help!
I am a dancer, and need to stay in tip top shape while being able to keep my flexibility.
I need to have a strong, core and legs. How can I keep muscle but also stay flexible?
I also need help with eating habits. I'm currently in college and its really hard to find healthy food?

Hey! I was a cheerleader (I know dancers gone stupid lol) but stretching is key! I do a lot of the exercises I did as a cheerleader and at 24 with two kids I am still as flexible. Like I said stretching, also try Pilates. I say that bc its going to help with the flexibility while being a little more fast paced to help burn fat and not to mention great for the core. When doing legs watch your hamstrings. I began lifting too much weight with my HAMS and noticed a decline in flexibility until I lowered the...

As the previous lady said. To stay flexible the only thing is stretching. 5 or 10 sec. Stretches after eache rep. And a good 30 second streche for every muscle groupe after your work out

Track what you eat. My fitness pal is a great app for that.

I am not flexible and never have been, so I can't give you any advice there.

Good luck! Don't forget to study hard :)
