If I'm having trouble finding motivation to do a workout, I play a little trick on myself...
I say I'll just do it for one minute and then stop.  I don't think there's been a single time when I stopped after just one minute :)

When I discovered this app I never expected it to be so good! I started working out with the wii activ then went onto 10 minute trainer along with P90x but got abit bored with repeating the work outs! This is the best app on my phone even when I think I am gonna have a rest day I can't help do something even if it's just a 2 min plank or 100sec wall sit. You can say I am addicted & the results are really showing in the best shape ever

I am a swimmer and I'm in the pool doing an hour and a half workout everyday(literally Sunday-Saturday)... Even as much as coach works us I can't help but want more! This app totally helped me set some goals and staying focused is no biggie anymore! It is awesome to sweat to your fave music and feel so great afterwards! I have 7% body fat now! Wow I still can't believe it! I also got that 6 pack I wanted;)

My main goal is to get bigger for football. I'm tired of people saying my arms are small and I need to hit the weights when I hit them everyday and a freshman in high school going into sophomore. I can max bench around 170 and things that keep me motivated when working out is there's always someone out there better then you, now prove to them it ain't gonna be easy

Hey there skimblers :) basically at the start of The year I was the average fat teen. But since then I promised myself to get fit so not only will I feel better about myself, my health would benefit. Unfortunately, old habits die hard. It's taken me 5 months but I usually try to do 30 mins cardio and 3 or 4 exercises on this app a day and I've lost 2 stone! Pretty amazing achievement for me! And I don't want to quit, I plan to lose another 3 stone, hopefully in the next year :) I would really appreciate if some of you could give me tips or inspiration :)

My name is Vicki. I used to weigh 407 lbs.  I lost 250 with the help of Weight Watchers but have gained 50 back in the last 6 months. I was working out for an hour a day five days a week and due to some recent life changes have stopped exercising all together. I'm really hoping this routine will get me back on track!

I hate feeling fat every time I look in the mirror. My friends tell me I'm not, but I way 125 and I'm only 14 ): I exercise everyday an only eat healthy foods but I just don't feel good about who I am and I really want to change that. I hate how all my friends eat crap and never exercise and weigh wayy less than me. My one friend is only 86 pounds. Can anyone help me?

Whitney, when I was your age I felt the same way. Sometimes I still do and I'm 25! Try not to compare what the scale says to you to what it says for others. Compare yourself to you! Try working out and eating nutritiously to achieve better overall health and wellness instead of just weightloss. At 5'3" 125 lbs is a healthy weight and your health is so important at your age, and every age really. Right now your brain and body are developing and growing, proper nutrition is so important. Starting a healthy lifestyle now will make it easier for you to maintain these habits for a lifetime. What the scale says is only a number, try not to let that number have a negative impact on your life. I

After losing my brother 4 years ago and being dumped by a bf a week after the funeral, I got into running and working out... Better than turning to food right? I've always been into working out but running is my escape. I'm now training for my first two marathons.

I'm a swimmer and I train everyday year round not taking breaks except for Christmas, I have 9 practices a week which are from about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs long, I practice 6 times a week before school during the school year. I go to my gym and work out for 2 hours 3 times a week. I'm 15, 6'2 and 183 pounds. I'm going to be in 11th grade and I was wondering if it's too much? I mean I can bench 225 but am I over working my body?

Haha yeah right! No offense but if I missed a day because of resting my coach would make me swim a 3000 meter butterfly set, if I'm sick or on vacation he can understand but even on vacation I go to the hotel gym or run outside, whatever I can do to not slow down.
