Hi ya
Very new to the app. Downloaded it a while ago but haven't actually used it but I'm liking all the positivity that's going on in the topics so far. I'm jus lookin for some positive people that can help me stay on track (toning) and in return I can help you stay on track. I am very appreciative of any help that is written my way.

Sweet. Are you using the app only or are you a memba of a gym as well. I joined a gym and is using the app as a sort of personal trainer. well let me know what you wanna achieve and we can start trying out some exercising programs

Hi there... I have used this app for quite some time but had a break and shifted to some other app. Now coming back to this app and looking for some motivators. Am in North London. Yourself?
