Hey everyone im new to this and while not over weight im far from my goal of being in shape. Im currently trying to stop smoking and build my endurance up so that i can be able to play basketball at a local community college, when i was younger i was good player looking at some mid major schools before i made some bad choices that ruined that chance. A little older now but still with some skill just lack the physical endurance to really be a facter. Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated thank you.
