How to start working out

Ok so I am new at this working out thing and I want to make it a habot, since I am chubby I want to lose weight and tone my miscles, but some of this exercises are difficult to do. Any ideas where I can start?

Don't start off with the intense workouts. I would try the easier ones in the place you'd like to target most and keep going from there.

I am just so lost. I filled the assessment and I am doing 2 programs already but some exercises are really difficult for me since I have extra body weight (lol) and I'm not used to doing excercise

For the ones that are too difficult you could try changing it in a way to make it easier for you but so you can still get a nice burn!

Oh I know I'm getting a nice burn! My leg muscles are killing me lol. It's are good pain but I am Def feeling it. I am getting married in 2 months so I wanna do everything I can so I can look hot in that dress
