Ok so I am new at this working out thing and I want to make it a habot, since I am chubby I want to lose weight and tone my miscles, but some of this exercises are difficult to do. Any ideas where I can start?
I am just so lost. I filled the assessment and I am doing 2 programs already but some exercises are really difficult for me since I have extra body weight (lol) and I'm not used to doing excercise
