Hiya, i want to idealy loose 1 stone and tone up really, im on the 10 stone mark atm xx

Yeah, im more active ive cut out crappy food and im just drinking water and healthy food and snacks :)

that's 80% of the battle already won. Eating and drinking properly with moderate exercise that's all the body needs to get you what u want. Only thing I'm currently struggling with is enough sleep. How many hours a night do you get in?

My problems is evenings is were i usually snack so its really hard, i sleep 6-7 hours wbu?
