Anyone got any simple healthy meal recipes that my children could eat too??

Porridge is a good breakfast its a lot better than processed sugared cereals..or poached eggs on toast my kids would have that over cereals anyday.. sliced Seasoned grilled chicken and fried peppers, onions spring onions its your choice and wraped in wholemeal wraps .. make some fresh salsa tomatos, jalapeƱos, onions, seasoning and leave in fridge for couple of hours and add to the wraps...my kids love them!

Hahah that's a tricky one. I have had success with my 3 year old with stuff like non fat Greek yogurt and granola. For snacks, cliffs makes protein bars for kids. I'll let him have 1 and I'll cut up fruit. He also like sliced up boiled carrots. Good luck.
