Hi, im a newbie to the whole fitness world and want to make some new fitness and health friends 😺 Im 24 a mum of 3 and live in melbourne australia western suburbs.

What is it you're aiming to achieve? Any things you wanna do in particular? I don't know much about diet or anything in detail, but I enjoy a good workout and I like to mix things up. I do daily stuff so feel free to follow me if you like. It could keep you motivated and it'll give you some workouts to try so you get a feel of the app.

Thanks. I really just want to get fit and start getting my health back. Just been eating unhealthy and zero exercise since my babies came along. So just wanna feel good on the inside again. Im always feeling Blah! Lol

Hi  new here too but I already researched about everything and am ready for my gym now u can ask anything u want about working out but I don't know about supplements

Awesome thanks heaps for that! I kind of wanted to start out at home and maybe make my way to the gym when im more confident
