Winter workout!!!!

Need motivation...workout is really booring sometime specially in winter mornings..how should i keep my self going in this lazy season...:)

Work out till you feel the burn and you can hardly breath. When that starts tell yourself it feels good and try to test yourself. See how far you can go or how many you can do depending on the exercise.
