Mainly trying to tighten jiggly areas and get my fittness up :)
Do u think exercise in a group as an option. I am also new to workout and need a push :)
I've considered it, but I just don't have the time to work around other people's schedule.
Also I live in an area that not alot of people live in. :)

Hello again. Was busy with work. I will start my program tommorrow which is Tuesday. I will let you know my goal and plans for exercise and diet plan. This will make me accountable. I'm excited to start. Talk to you this weekend.
