Mainly trying to tighten jiggly areas and get my fittness up :)

Best advice of all. Make some room choose an exercise and get stuck in. But if you pick one your not really getting on with. Try to finish it. It's all to easy to start skipping and slipping. 😺😺xx

Hi dee dee, it would be awesome to work together however i work out mon-fri if that works well for you, i would love to check in on weekends though to keep you motivated and working towards your goals:)

Hello again. Was busy with work. I will start my program tommorrow which is Tuesday. I will let you know my goal and plans for exercise and diet plan. This will make me accountable. I'm excited to start. Talk to you this weekend.
