Hello I'm new and I need help I'm constantly playing sports and need to lose a few pounds.. Any suggestions?? Please!!???

If you are playing a lot of sports then you are on the right track! The next thing you could do it eat healthier foods. No not a diet but just eating snacks and food that are less sugary and salty. For example pick up an apple or a fruit when you get hungry instead of crackers or chips! You seem young and shouldn't be working about your weight but this will help keep you healthier!
