Hey there im new to skimble, I train since 3 months my stomach and do sit-ups.
Now wanted to start some programs, for stomach, arms, back.
Do you guys have some advice or which programs can you recommend me?

I train at home and can invest like 1-2 hours a day.

I also have some dumbbells and a pull-up bar.

I forgot, for legs I do squats and every 2 day im on stepper for 30mins. What other exercises could I do for legs?

Nike app is also have designed programs for specific muscles you should check  it out.

Mikey M, thx for your suggestion, did I get it right, the wolverine workouts are for every day one? So I could train 5 days a week?

Are they also good for abs?

Right now I'm doing 3 programs and I have to pause always one day...
