Hi guys, I haven't been working out for over a month and now im on my fifth day intense work out had two days break between. I don't remember being soar up to the rib cage for abs work out when I first started a year ago. Is it normal?
Yes it is. you are doing great when you fill pain it means that you have tour the muscle which is not a bad thing that is how you billed muscle mass. Now you do need to at less wait a day to workout your abs again.
Just to heal, but that does not mean you can't workout a different part of your body. I wish you my best and think that you are on a great path and are going to wonderful.
