Day 3
45 mins Cardio first thing this morning
Completed back and ab Day! 1.5 hrs
Feels great!

I thought I would track my progress on here, I am doing a 16 week high intensity workout and going to see what happens ( after the 16 weeks I will still continue but not 6 days a week as I want to enjoy the little summer that we do get)

Day 4
Had a headache today but.....
45 mins Cardio this morning
Completed 1.5 arm day and finished it of with crunches and side bends! ☺

Day 1 was shoulder and ab Day
Day 2 was chest and finished it off with ab weighted side bends! ☺

Day 6
Today is a day off and it could not of come at a better time! Today is 12 years since I lost my best friend to cancer....my sister!
Always remembered and never forgotten

Was a very successful day! Completed 1.5 hrs shoulder & AB workout & 45 mins Cardio! ☺

Day 8
OK I had to switch this up just a little!,
There is just not enough time in the day to get it all done and I don't want to eat my supper at 8 or 9 o'clock at night!

So tonight I completed 1.5 hrs chest day and finished off with crunches 5 sets of 25 and side bends with weights 5 sets of 15 on each side!
20 mins of Cardio

My Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be 1 hr of cardio along with my workouts, as I will have more time and not be crushed for time! I will see how this works out! ☺

Day 9
Completed 1 hr leg day
Did Tabata ABS and after that just incorporated abit of my own AB workout!
All in all it was a good workout!

Day 10
Completed 1 hr cardio (good for my knee to strengthen)
Completed a 45 min. Back workout
Completed a AB Burnout
Completed 8 sets of Russian Twists & weighted side bends! ☺

Day 11
1 hr cardio in the morning (good for the knee)
I hr arm day (really concentrated on my tri's)
Did a Tabata workout
8 sets of ins & Outs 20 secs each with 10 secs rest inbetween each set
8 sets of elbow Planks 20 secs each with 10 secs rests inbetween each set
8 sets of 6 inches 20 secs each with 10 secs rest inbetween each set
8 sets of Russian Twists (weighted) 20 secs each 10 secs rest inbetween each set
Finished off with 5 sets of weighted side bends

Day 12
I call this the happy Monday workout
I had to restart this workout like 3 times.....I had the timer wrong....lol

HIIT
60 sec jump squats
30 sec squats with weights
30 sec rest
60 jumping Jacks
30 sec shoulder press light weight
30 sec rest
60 sec jumping Jacks
30 sec pushups
30 sec rest
60 sec jumping Jacks
30 sec lateral raises light weight
30 sec rest
60 sec knee highs
30 sec bicep curl light weight
30 sec rest
Repeat 3 times

I hope this wasn't to hard on the knee!
Time will tell! ☺

Day 14
Completed 45 min. Shoulder day
Completed a AB workout, I added weighted Russian Twists and weighted side bends!

All in all it was a good workout, I have gained a lot of strength!
I have lost weight, I do not know how much as I don't own a scale, I go with the feel of my clothes and I can see it! The scale could be my worse enemy,  so a trainer gave me advice and said don't have one cause people can be obsessed with it!(which would be me)

Here is a list of some of the food groups I eat!
Oatmeal & banana,  cottage cheese pancakes, egg whites, I make another kind of banana pancake, once in awhile I have a gluten free bagel with peanut butter or as a cheat day I add creme cheese!
I eat lots of chicken beasts and salmon, tuna, I do have steak and roast beef, lean turkey breast once in awhile!
I live off of rice and baked potato (no sour creme on the potato) I do have gluten free pasta once in awhile!
Yogurt, cottage cheese, rice crackers, peanut butter, almonds, fruits (the berry family), cheese
Chia seeds, udo's oil 3.6.9 blend, almonds, I use olive oil for everything....lol
I have beans I like them, tons of veggies, I make a huge tray on Monday and bring it to work and leave it in the fridge upstairs (I have my own fridge)
I do take a whey!
I don't drink pop or eat chips & chocolate bars, never been one for junk food! That is just a few of my food groups!

I completed a 45 min. Chest day!
I did a AB Workout and finished it off with weighted Russian Twists and weighted side bends! ☺

Gotta say I am totally impressed, I have been working extremely hard towards my goals and am looking so forward to the results. I have had no one motivate me but Me......and it's all worth it!
Today's work out was legs
Warm up 10 mins
100 KB squats
100 crunches
100 KB swings
100 calf raises
75 KB squats
75 crunches
75 KB swings
75 calf raises
50 jumping squats
50 crunches
50 KB swings
50 calf raises
25 jumping squats
25 crunches
25 KB Swings
25 calf raises
Finished off with weighted side bends
45 mins cardio

Day 18
Completed 45 min. Arm Day
Completed a quick Fitness challenge
I could not do  a AB day today as they are just killing me, so I need to rest them for today!
I will try and get a 1 hr in tonight for  cardio!
Tonight is my cheat meal! Couldn't of come at a better time, making dinner for my nieces B-day!
Made the best cottage pancakes today, they were so yummy!

Day 19
Today was hard for some reason,  but I pulled it together because I am not a quiter!
Circuit 1
Step ups - 20 reps
Push ups - 20 reps
Lunges - 20 reps (each leg/with weights)
10 sec rest
Circuit 2
Wall sit - 1 min.
Bicycle crunches - 1 min.
Leg raises - 1 min.
10 sec rest
Circuit 3
Squat jumps - 30 reps
Tricep dips - 15 reps
Elbow Plank with leg lifts - 1 min.
10 sec rest
Circuit 4
Bicep curls - 15 reps(with dumbbells)
Lat raises - 15 reps(with dumbbells)
Bent over rows - 15 reps ( with dumbbells)
10 sec rest
Russian twists - 1 min. (with weights)
V- crunch - 1 min.
6 inch - 1 min
Repeat x3
Cardio 30 mins. ☺

Been working my butt off! I know the reward will be awesome and results take time! I will get there if it kills me....lol
Your doing awesome too Scotty! That food though.....I don't know.....lol

Yeah the food is FUN! I actually find it ok now but my body is hungry all the time. I think it's the intensity of the workouts. March will be interest on when I drop from 4000 to 2800 & beginning dropping 200 cals a week

Day 20
Day off. .....woo hoo
On the bright side of things got my mri results back.....as suspected completely torn ACL......I am not a candidate for surgery as I have had 13...yes 13
Arthritis has set in but on the bright side of things......I can strengthen the muscles, which means I can continue doing what I am and I can add more to my program!
I look at it as it could be worse, it will be continued to be monitored and life is still good!

Thanks Scotty! No sense feeling sorry for myself, you can either lay there and let it defeat you or you can give it your best! It will never be 100% but what in life is? Or I can give it my 100% and get results!
