So like I'm new to this and would like some advice,
I'm 16 and weigh less than I really should. I am 5 10" and am not really happy with the way my body is. I've tried a things before but gave up because I thought they wouldn't work
But im tired of how it is. I want to change now I'm ready. I want to put in the work. I want to to reach my full potential. I want to look my best .Thing is its hard to find out where or how exactly to start

Hey man, I know it can be hard to get going in the beginning.
For me it was great to get out of the house and to the gym. Also a workout buddy is great. Once you start getting visible progress you will probobly get hooked.
What worked for me, to get fast visible progress was working the big muscle groups and adding protein shakes to the daily diet was the key for me.
So eat much during your meals and after workout a protein shake. In the gym try stuff like heavy benchpress, deadlifts and squats at lest two times a Week. You should start getting buff fast. :)
